Duties Description • Oversight of Outgoing Mail and Labor Unit
o Acts as an indirect supervisor for the Outgoing Mail and Labor Unit. Duties include but not limited to: Oversight of all outgoing mail for the agency, driving agency released vehicles, conducting monthly certified mailing and envelope printer processing, coordinating any maintenance needed for agency mailing machines, assist support staff with work orders where needed.

• Special Project Assistance with Space Planning/Leasing Unit
• Works in coordination with the Space Planning/Leasing unit. Including but not limited to: facilitation of requested furniture modifications, measuring for proposed modification and other assistance where needed.

Minimum Qualifications You must be currently reachable on the appropriate eligible list for this title or eligible to transfer to this title under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.

70.1 Transfer:
For a 70.1 transfer to a(n) Office Assistant 3, SG-14, you must have one year of permanent competitive service in an approved 70.1 title allocated to a salary grade 12 or above.
